- The Asia Miles “Mix & Match for Millions” promotion (“Promotion”) lasts from 22 October to 6 December 2015 (HKT), both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
- This Promotion is only applicable to members residing in Hong Kong ("Eligible Members"). Residency is determined by the member's preferred mailing address as registered with Asia Miles.
- For people who are not yet members of Asia Miles but wish to participate in this Promotion, they can Enrol Now online.
- To participate in the Promotion and earn bonus miles, Eligible Members must register on the Promotion website and earn regular miles with partners from any lifestyle category ("Eligible Miles") during the Promotion Period. The 8 lifestyle categories are Finance & Insurance, Hotels, Telecoms, Cars & Transport, Retail, Dining & Banquets, Travel & Leisure and Professional Services ("Eligible Categories"). Minimum spending may apply to all Eligible Categories in order for transactions to qualify for the Promotion ("Eligible Transactions").
- All spending with the American Express® Cathay Pacific Credit Card, BNU Asia Miles Visa Card, Bank of Communications Asia Miles Credit Card, Cathay United Bank Asia Miles Co-branded Card, Cathay Pacific MUFG CARD and RBC® Cathay Pacific Visa Platinum Card will be auto-converted into Asia Miles. Conversions may appear only once in the member’s monthly statement, and each conversion will be treated as one Eligible Transaction, regardless of how many times the card has been used. The number of conversion transactions listed on the member’s monthly statement shall be treated as final.
- The following miles earned during the Promotion Period are NOT considered as Eligible Miles:
- Bonus and extra miles offered by partners during the Promotion Period
- Miles earned through the following methods from the Finance category:
- Miles converted from Membership Rewards points from American Express Card member accounts
- Miles earned via the American Express Cathay Pacific Corporate Card
- Miles earned via welcome offers and promotions, including point-conversion promotions
- Miles earned from other banking products within the Finance category
- Miles earned by spending at the Asia Miles iShop
- Miles earned through conversion via points.com, MoneyBack and ESSO
- Miles earned from partners in the Airline category
- The activity date shown on the member’s monthly statement must fall between 22 October and 6 December 2015, and the miles must have been credited to the member's account on or before 24 January 2016. The crediting period for earned miles varies among partners.
- The "Mix & Match for Millions" game on the Promotion website only provides information, and members cannot earn any Eligible Miles or bonus miles by playing or completing the game. To earn Eligible Miles and bonus miles, members must follow Clauses 2, 4 and 5.
- Eligible Members who are under the age of 18 as of 22 October 2015 are allowed to register for the Promotion and earn bonus miles, but will not qualify for the lucky draw.
- Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or un-posted will be disqualified for the purpose of this Promotion.
- Eligible Miles earned by Eligible Members during the Promotion Period will be tallied according to the number of Eligible Categories, which will be used to determine the total amount of bonus miles that members are entitled to according to the table below:

- To participate in the lucky draw for the Grand Prize or Top Prize, Eligible Members must qualify as one of the Most Active Members according to the criteria below:
- Eligible Members must have completed Eligible Transactions across 2 or more Eligible Categories.
- Eligible Members must be one of the top 300 members who have completed the highest number of Eligible Transactions during the Promotion Period.
- If more than one Eligible Member is tied with the same number of Eligible Transactions, then the member who has earned more Eligible Miles will qualify for the Most Active Members and enter the lucky draw.
- For the Grand Prize of 1,000,000 Asia Miles each, 3 winners will be randomly selected by lucky draw from the Most Active Members.
- For the Top Prize of 100,000 Asia Miles each, 30 winners will be randomly selected by lucky draw from the Most Active Members.
- The lucky draw will be held on 1 February 2016 and results will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 11 February 2016.
- Lucky draw winners will be notified by email or telephone within 4 weeks after the lucky draw date. If any winners cannot be reached by email or phone by 28 February 2016, they will forfeit the prize.
- If an Eligible Member is selected as a winner in the lucky draw, then their Hong Kong identity card is required for verification.
- Each Eligible Member can only win one prize from the lucky draw.
- The accounts of Marco Polo Club/Asia Miles members must remain valid when the bonus miles are credited.
- Members with a corporate account are allowed to register and participate in the Promotion but will not qualify for the lucky draw.
- Asia Miles awarded through this Promotion are non-refundable, non-reversible and non-transferable.
- Bonus miles will be credited to the account of Eligible Members 8 to 10 weeks after the Promotion ends.
- In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- All matters or disputes will be subject to the final decision of Asia Miles Limited.
